Descrição:

  • Execute outbound calls to customers using provided script.
  • Convince customers to opt into receiving marketing communications.
  • Accurately log call outcomes and customer responses.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Sales team to ensure campaign goals are met.
  • Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve future scripts and outreach strategies.

Requisito

  • Graduate of Marketing Management, Business Administration or any related course.
  • Preferably with related experience in Customer service, marketing and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge on Thai or Malay is a plus.
  • Knowledge on using basic office tools.
