Position: Spanish Customer Support Representative

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Filipino Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written)
• Good command of English communication skills.
• With work experience in a customer service
• Basic computer navigation and email handling skills are preferred.
• Willing to work on night shifts and rotating schedules.
• Open to work onsite in Pasay.
• Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle Spanish and English calls or emails to assist customers with their concerns or inquiries.
• Provide accurate information and ensure issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalation or coordination is needed.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service by showing patience, active listening, and clear communication.
• Support other team tasks or duties as assigned.
