As a Mandarin Service Desk representative, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to clients in Mandarin.

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or technical support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
