Position: Junior Customer Service Representative

Salary: Php18,000 – Php20,000

Job Requirements:
- Open for Fresh Graduates and Undergraduates
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in CSR role is advantage
- Experience working in BPO company is a plus
- Willing to work fully on site at graveyard shift
- Amenable to start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer questions via phone call, messages and email
- Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and service requests.
- Verify customer identity and update records securely.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
- Ensure entries are clear, complete, and accurate.
