Responsible for managing CIF (Customer Information Form) leads from online channels and providing timely customer service follow-up. Acts as the bridge between online inquiries and offline teams (Promoters, Installers, Surveyors), ensuring smooth customer experience and order conversion.

Requisito

 - 2–3 years call center

- Familiar with sales tracking and o2o

- Strong Excel and communication skills
