Descrição:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide product information and support to customers.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while dealing with difficult situations.

Requisito

  • At least SHS Grad or HS old curriculum
  • Good Communication Skills And Sales/Upselling
  • Willing to work onsite on shifting schedules
