Descrição:

  • Provide exceptional support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues and answer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints.
  • Document interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requisito

  • HS/SHS/ALS Graduate
  • Above 18 years old
  • Good communication skills
  • At least 6 month/1-year BPO/CCE experience in voice account
  • Willing to work onsite on Makati/Pasig/Cebu
