- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve issues and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Log interactions and follow up on escalated issues.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
