• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document interactions and issue resolutions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and address customer needs.
• Assist in training new team members on customer service protocols and software.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience Level: At least 3 years of experience in BPO industry.
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Qualities and Traits: Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations
• Responsibilities and Duties: Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools
• Working Conditions: Flexible working hours with the ability to work remotely
• Work set up: Hybrid (Fixed 6 days in a month)
• Fixed weekends off
• 2-3 weeks onsite training
