RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, orders, and deliveries
- Document all customer interactions accurately using the CRM system
- Deliver appropriate and timely solutions to customer concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor pending requests to ensure prompt follow-up or escalation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Open to fresh graduates; no experience required
- Completed Senior High School (Grade 12) or higher education
- At least 6 months of customer service experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication skills in both English and Filipino
