The Customer Service Representative role at XMC Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Cebu. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive experience for our clients. Qualifications

  • With or without experience
  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Understanding of Customer Experience and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Pasig City
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is advantageous
