A Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a publishing account is responsible for providing exceptional support to customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about publications, subscriptions, and related services. CSRs serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional support to customers by answering inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Process customer orders accurately
• Provide information about publications, subscriptions, and related services
• Serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers
• Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Good Communication Skills
• At least High School Graduate (old curriculum)
• Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
• College Graduate or Undergrad
• With or Without Work Experience
• With or Without BPO Experience
• Available for full-time work
• Willing to work shifting schedules
• Willing to work on-site
