WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Assist customers through phone, email and chat regarding product inquiries, pricing orders and delivery updates
- Document all customer interactions in the CRM
- Resolve concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams and branches
- Monitor pending cases and escalate when needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Open to fresh grads without experience
- At least high school graduate
- Customer service experience in any field is a plus
- Able to communicate in English and Filipino
