Job Summary:


The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Unilox serves as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring outstanding service, prompt resolution of inquiries, and a positive customer experience. The CSR plays a critical role in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting operational efficiency, and upholding the Unilox standard of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in generating reports on customer feedback and service performance.
  • Contribute to a culture of courtesy, respect, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous customer service or client-facing experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
