Description
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document customer interactions and update account information accurately.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 1–2 years Call Center/Insurance/Finance Experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English Language, strong Customer Service skills, excellent Problem-Solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Experience in Call Center environment preferred
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
