Job Requirements
- NON VOICE (BACK OFFICE)
- Open for FRESH GRADUATE (No experience)
- College Undergraduate/Shs Graduate must have 6 months BPO experience.
- DAY SHIFT /NIGHT SHIFT
- No Interview (ASSESSMENT ONLY)
- Willing to work in ROBINSON CYBERSCAPE ORTIGAS
Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via email, live chat, social media, or messaging platforms
- Providing clear, professional, and empathetic written responses
- Following brand tone and communication guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
- Creating or updating knowledge base articles, FAQs, or macros
- Preparing basic reports on common issues or customer feedback
