Descrição:

As a Phone Banker – Fraud & Collections, you will be the first point of contact for customers dealing with account issues related to suspicious activities, fraud alerts, and overdue payments. Your role is to investigate, resolve, and assist customers with empathy, accuracy, and speed—all while maintaining confidentiality and upholding company standards.


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls focused on fraud verification and collections support
  • Conduct account verification, flag suspicious activity, and assist in fraud resolution
  • Manage delinquent accounts and provide payment solutions or arrangements
  • Educate customers on account security practices and payment options
  • Document each interaction thoroughly using company systems
  • Follow established protocols for security, compliance, and data privacy
  • Maintain excellent customer service and communication at all times

Requisito

  • Willing to work on-site in a 100% phone-based role
  • Fresh Graduates or College Graduates in any field are welcome
  • High School Graduates or 2nd Year College Undergraduates with 1–2 years of customer service or interfacing experience
  • Vocational/Certificate Course Graduates (2 years) with 1–2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (mouse/keyboard use, launching apps, internet browsing, multitasking in a Windows environment)
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
