Location: Bridgetown, QC (near IPI, Pasig City)
Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
Offer and Benefits:
- Up to 27,000 PACKAGE (23,000 SALARY PLUS 20% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL (UP TO 4,000))
- HMO coverage starts on the first day of employment.

Requisito
- A college graduate, regardless of whether they have prior BPO experience, is an ideal candidate.
- A college undergraduate with at least six months of BPO experience is also a strong contender.
- Additionally, a high school graduate with at least a year of BPO experience is highly desirable.
- This candidate is also amenable to working onsite and starting immediately.
