Descrição:

  • We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medicare Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare BPO team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information about Medicare plans, processing claims, resolving member inquiries, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) guidelines.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls from Medicare beneficiaries, providers, or agents.
  • Provide information about plan benefits, enrollment, claims status, billing, and eligibility.
  • Assist with claims processing, verification, and follow-up on pending cases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare regulations and plan changes.
  • Ensure all interactions comply with HIPAA and CMS standards.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or internal departments as required.
  • Meet performance metrics including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Requisito

  • Account: Medicare / Healthcare / Dental Provider /PHRN (for back office) / Eden CCC / HAP / Eden PCC /
  • 30 HC left
  • START: Month of August
  • Need 0-12 Months BPO Experience (Any Account)
  • College undergrad 2 years completed With 6months BPO/Customer related experience
  • College Graduate With Or without bpo experience ( Any Course )
  • Salary Range up to PHP 18,000- 23,000
