Work onsite: ETON CENTRIS, QUEZON CITY
- Active Listening: Understand customer needs with attentiveness and empathy to foster meaningful connections.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services to deliver accurate and effective support.
- Call Management: Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring each interaction is efficient and positive.
- Documentation: Record customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within call tracking systems.
- Performance Goals: Consistently achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support service excellence.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall operational performance.
OFFER AND BENEFITS:
- UP TO 26,000 SALARY PACKAGE (DEPENDING ON THE BPO EXPERIENCE)
- 20% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL

Requisito
- College graduate (with or without BPO experience)
- College undergraduate (with at least 3 months BPO experience)
- HS Grad / SHS graduate (with at least 3 months BPO experience)
- Good communications skills
- Amenable to start asap and work onsite
