- Interact with customers via calls
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic attitude towards customers.
- Provide product information and support.
- Document customer interactions in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service.
- Meet performance metrics and contribute to team goals.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a clinical environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and multitasking ability.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via calls, resolve inquiries, and maintain service standards.
- Working Conditions: May require availability during weekends or holidays.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patience, proactive attitude, and team-oriented mindset.
