Descrição:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via call, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate product information and support.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Requisito

  • Education: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Skills: Proficient in English, excellent customer service, strong problem-solving abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and effective interpersonal communication.
  • Responsibilities: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain records.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, full onsite setup.
  • Qualities: Friendly, patient, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
