We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales Tech Support team. As a CSR, you will assist customers with product inquiries, technical concerns, and account-related issues while promoting solutions that fit their needs. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales opportunities, and delivering quality support.

• At least 6 months to 1 year of BPO or customer service experience (preferably in sales, technical support, or product accounts).
• Strong English communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly and provide step-by-step guidance to customers.
• Familiarity with sales processes, upselling, and cross-selling techniques is an advantage.
• Proficient in computer navigation, CRM tools, multitasking, and data entry.
• Comfortable with handling product inquiries, troubleshooting, and recommending solutions.
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• High level of adaptability, problem-solving, and integrity.
