- Identify concerns and provide real-time, creative solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Multitask like a pro—document interactions while engaging with customers.
- Support our healthcare mission with flexibility, including occasional overtime.
Qualifications
- College graduate
- Senior High School graduate (with 1 year experience)
- College Undergraduate
- minimum of 6 months call center/BPO experience.
- willing to work on-site in shifting schedule
