Customer Service Representative – Financial Account

Job Summary:

• As a Customer Service Representative for a financial account, you will assist clients with banking, credit card, loans, or investment-related inquiries.
• Your role is to provide accurate information, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience while maintaining data confidentiality and compliance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: At least 6 months bpo exp.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding billing, transactions, account balances, and payments.
• Assist customers in resolving disputes or fraudulent activity.
• Guide customers through account setup, online banking, and troubleshooting.
• Follow strict compliance and security protocols.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain updated knowledge of financial products and services.
