We’re looking for dedicated Customer Service Representatives (Airline Account) to join our team! In this role, you’ll manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their concerns, and ensure each interaction reflects quality service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
• Provide accurate and timely information on products and services
• Support customers with billing questions, account updates, and basic troubleshooting
• Resolve issues efficiently to maintain a positive customer experience
• Consistently uphold company service standards and quality expectations

Qualifications:

• Senior High School graduate or higher
• Minimum of 6 months BPO experience
• Having airline account experience is an advantage( not required).
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
