  • Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain records in the database.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and share best practices.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary to ensure resolution.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field
  • Experience Level: 0 years of experience in customer service
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Skills and Competencies: At least above average interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: A team player with a positive attitude.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a call center environment and meet performance metrics.
