  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Respond to customer calls and emails in a timely manner.
  • Manage customer complaints and ensure effective resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 0–2 years
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English language, strong customer service skills, and ability to be a team player
  • Skills and Competencies: Experience with scheduling and call center operations preferred
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
