Position: Non-Voice Representative

Location: Concentrix Bridgetowne, Pasig City

Salary Package: Up to ₱23,000 per month (experience-based)

Sign-On Bonus: ₱25,000 for limited slots this month!

Qualifications:

• At least Associate Graduate or College Graduate (with diploma)
• Minimum 3 months of customer-facing experience (BPO, retail, food, or service industry)
• Excellent English reading and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and empathy in customer interactions
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig City
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Chat or email with users to resolve account and subscription concerns
• Deliver friendly and accurate solutions that make customers feel valued
• Maintain brand consistency through clear and positive communication
• Uphold data privacy and service excellence in every interaction
