Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Skills and Competencies: Experience or familiarity with call center environments is a plus
  • Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and willingness to learn
