Key Responsibilities

• Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls, chats, or emails to address patient, provider, or client inquiries and concerns.
• Data Management: Accurately record and update patient details, account information, and other relevant data in healthcare management systems.
• Information and Updates: Inform customers about policy changes, procedural updates, or modifications to their insurance plans.
