- Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services offered.
- Process orders and provide updates on delivery status.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong command of the English language, excellent customer service skills, and experience in a call center environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for flexible hours.
