  • Active Listening: Understand customer needs with attentiveness and empathy to foster meaningful connections.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of client products and services to deliver accurate and effective support.
  • Call Management: Handle inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring each interaction is efficient and positive.
  • Documentation: Record customer interactions thoroughly and accurately within call tracking systems.
  • Performance Goals: Consistently achieve and surpass Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support service excellence.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and improve overall operational performance.


OFFER AND BENEFITS:

  • UP TO 26,000 SALARY PACKAGE (DEPENDING ON THE BPO EXPERIENCE)
  • 20% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL

  • College graduate (with or without BPO experience)
  • College undergraduate (with at least 3 months BPO experience)
  • HS Grad / SHS graduate (with at least 3 months BPO experience)
