Job Description

• As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, or voice (depending on account availability)
• Provide accurate information and resolve concerns professionally
• Document interactions using internal systems
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards

Basic Qualifications

• Senior High School Graduate (K-12)
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
• College graduates and undergraduates are welcome
• With or without BPO experience
• Basic English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig City
