Job Title: Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Quezon City


Work Setup: Onsite


Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary


We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Quezon City. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries through voice support, provide accurate information, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure a positive customer experience in line with company standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with accuracy and empathy
  • Provide clear, correct, and timely information regarding products or services
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system accurately
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous process improvement


General Qualifications


Educational Background

  • At least High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with a minimum of 1 year BPO international voice experience or Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months BPO international voice experience
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior BPO experience are welcome, provided they demonstrate strong English communication skills


Skills & Competencies

  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid analytical thinking with strong attention to detail


Work Requirements


  • Willing to work onsite in Quezon City
  • Amenable to shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Can start immediately
