Qualifications:

• At least a High School (HS) or Senior High School (SHS) graduate with a minimum of 1 year of BPO international voice experience
• OR completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 6 months of BPO international voice experience

Provide high-quality customer support to international clients through voice calls, ensuring accurate resolution of inquiries and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound international voice calls professionally
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently
• Analyze problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalations
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and compliance guidelines
• Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Work onsite and adapt to shifting schedules
