Description
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone and email.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the company database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, excellent Customer Service skills
- Skills and Competencies: Experience in Call Centre or Back Office Support is a plus
- Qualities and Traits: Strong Organizational Skills and attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work well in a team environment
