  • We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
  • This remote role focuses on driving business growth through outbound cold calling, lead generation, and appointment scheduling.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing connections with prospective and existing customers, recommending the right solutions, and converting leads into sales opportunities.
  • You will be instrumental in creating initial customer engagements and contributing to the company's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential and existing customers, establishing trust and initiating business discussions.
  • Identify new business opportunities through strategic cold calls, prospecting, and generating qualified leads.
  • Schedule meetings with leads for further sales conversations or follow-ups, maintaining a steady pipeline of appointments.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend the most appropriate products or services based on their needs.
  • Provide clear, detailed information about product features, benefits, and services to prospective leads, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding.
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to overall business growth.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments, adjusting your approach to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in US cold calling, lead generation, or appointment booking is highly preferred.
  • Ability to engage customers, build rapport, and effectively communicate product offerings.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Skilled at overcoming objections and closing sales in a timely manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage customer databases and sales records.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high performance.
