ROLE DESCRIPTION AND JOB EXPECTATIONS
Transportify is looking for a Customer Service Agent who is able to take our customer experience to the next level. They will be stationed on the front lines of an evolving company, solving customer issues, contributing to process improvement, and molding the entire customer experience. We're building something big, and we want your help.
Being a CS agent means you're going to be exposed to a lot of stressful and difficult conversations. However, it is expected that you're going to be highly empathetic and be able to communicate professionally all the time. There are also a lot of areas where you can learn. WORK ARRANGEMENTS
The assigned office of the CS Agent is Transportify’s Head Office in Ortigas, Pasig City. Currently, CS Agents are on a work-from-home (WFH) arrangement, except on days when onsite presence is required for business or operational needs. The company reserves the right to revise work location policies, and CS Agents may be required to report regularly to the Ortigas office based on future business requirements.
