Descrição:

  1. Coordinates sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communications relevant information.
  2. Ensure the adequacy of sales- related equipment or material.
  3. Respond to complaints from customers and give after - sales support when requested.
  4. Store and soft financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  5. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  6. Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  7. Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  8. Assist in the preparations and organizing of promotional material or events.
  9. Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
  10. Preparing invoicing and customer service.
  11. Taking record of customer complaints, coordinating with logistics and purchaser to ensure customer feedback are addressed.
  12. Prepare Halal Certificates for the customers.
  13. Filing important documents and communication relevant information.
  14. Prepare annual report.
  15. Any Ad Hoc job as and when required.
  16. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

1.Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.

2.Training or certification in Customer Service / Call Center / Customer Relationship Managment (CRM systems) is an advantage.

3.At least 1-2 years of working experience in customer service, customer relations, or related roles.

4.Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. 

 5.Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or customer support platforms 

 6.Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across departments. 

 7.Attention to detail with high accuracy in handling customer records and documentation. 

8.Fresh Graduates with strong communication skills and internship experience in customer facing roles are encouraged to apply.
