Descrição:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update account information.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and experience with sales pipeline management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced call center environment with potential overtime and shift work.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic, patience, empathy, and exceptional communication skills.
