Descrição:

Supcart Ph’ is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. You’ll be the friendly voice of our company—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction with professionalism and care.

Requisito

  • 6 months -1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism
  • Experience in processing orders, account updates, and service requests
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Plus: experience in upselling, account management, or client retention
