  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Provide accurate product or service information and guide customers through processes
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records using internal systems

Requisito

  • Strong communication skills
  • with or without experience - experience is a plus
  • High school graduate
