Position: Financial Customer Service Representative (Online interview only +Open for undergraduate)
Company Industry: IT Company
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php25,000-Php30,000
Work Set Up: Onsite (Monday -Friday)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- College undergraduate can apply
- With at least 18 months of experience as CSR
- With experience in Financial/ Fraud/Telco/Banking is a plus
- Can attend virtual interview
- Willing to work on site in Taguig (also have branch in Muntinlupa)
