• With at least 6 months Customer Service
• With experience in Financial/ Fraud/Telco/Banking is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Respond to client inquiries and provide help.
• Ensure full resolution of the situation.
• Respond to client complaints, identify root issues, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer contacts, transactions, and questions.
