Description:

• Open for SHS Graduate and Undergraduate.
• With at least 6 months’ work experience as Customer Service Representative.
• Experience working in BPO Company.
• Amenable to attend Face-to-Face Interview.
• Amenable to work onsite in Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
• Update account details to keep client records up to date.
• Responsible to handle customers complaints and provide solutions.
• Respond and handles all customer questions and inquiries.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure the highest levels of Customer Service.
