Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person in a professional and timely manner
• Assist customers with orders, product information, account issues, returns, and general concerns
• Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics (e.g., response time, satisfaction scores)
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies
