Customer Service Agent Position | Call Center
SALARY OFFER : 24,000 UP TO 31,000 Package
Qualifications :
- Completed at least 2 years in college, or you're a Vocational/College Graduate /No back subjects, No PENDING LOANS
- Must have laptop or desktop with webcam for this process
- At least 1 year Healthcare/Insurance (BPO - Must Voice - International) experiences in Eligibility, Claims & Benefits , Not a back office position
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Identify and troubleshoot customer problems efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
- Follow up to ensure customer concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
