Requirements:

• With 12 Months BPO Experience
• Good Communication Skills (English)
• Amenable to work onsite
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Can handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries such as flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and itinerary changes
• Provide accurate information on travel policies, schedules, and pricing
• Handle billing concerns, refunds, and travel modifications professionally
• Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving
• Maintain and update customer records in the database
• Meet performance metrics including quality, attendance, and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, policies, and airline guidelines

Salary Package: Up to ₱32,000 + ₱50,000 Retention Bonus + Night Differential + Performance Incentives
