• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to set appointments for our sales team.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients at all times.
• Follow-up on leads and ensure they are entered into the system accurately.
• Work collaboratively with sales team members to achieve performance goals.
• Provide feedback on call scripts and overall process improvement ideas.

Requirements
